We accept a range of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once your order has been packed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

For your security, we require a signature upon delivery. We offer complimentary UPS shipping and return shipping for all orders within the European Union. If you're outside the EU, we use FedEx for shipping and you can track your order through their website.

If you have questions about the status of your order, you can check your account status or track your order through the FedEx website. If you don't receive your order or an item is missing from your shipment, please reach out to our Customer Service Department for assistance.

We make every effort to keep our online product inventory up to date. If you're interested in an item that is currently out of stock, please contact us for assistance or check back frequently as we add new products as they become available.
