Payment & Returns
It is important to us at Walton & Mortimer that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of order receipt. Items being returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in an unsuitable condition, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team.
Returning an item is simple!
– Log into your account in the top right corner of the page
– Visit your order history and select the order you wish to return
– Follow on-screen instructions to initiate your return request
– You will be issued a return ID number on screen and via email
– On the enclosed invoice tick the items you are returning
– Enter your return ID on the returns form
– If you have checked out as a guest, please request a return by contacting our Customer Service team
Walton & Mortimer return service is trackable and hassle free, so you can follow the journey of your parcel the entire time.
Return shipments are charged at a reduced rate:
United Kingdom – €10
European Union – €10
United States – $25
International – $25
Please note that returns that contain more than two items might face an additional charge in accordance with shipment weight.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 1-2 business days, to ensure that your return or exchange can be completed as quickly as possible. As soon as your return is processed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Any refund will be issued to the card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.
If you paid by card, please be advised that refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your account. PayPal refunds should appear within your account immediately.
Exchange is possible only for an item of the same price.
